White Peach Balsamic

This Peach Balsamic Vinegar has incredible balance that is neither overly tart nor sweet. It exhibits a fresh, crisp and unique flavor component to any garden salad. The additional ripe peach flavor complements all sorts of greens, vegetables and toppings including cheeses, apples, peaches, pears and oranges.

 

Corn, Onion and Tomato Salad

33 oz. whole kernel corn

2 large tomatoes, diced
1 large sweet onion, cut into thin strips
4 green onions, chopped
1 bunch cilantro leaves, minced
2 limes, juiced
1/3 cup White Peach Balsamic
Salt

 

In a large bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, onions and cilantro.  Squeeze lime juice over mixture and mix in.  Stir in balsamic to taste.  Season with salt.  Cover and chill for an hour.  Stir before serving.

Delicious Orange and Cranberry Salad

Dressing:  ¼ cup OLIVE MILL Olive oil

2 T. OLIVE MILL White Peach Balsamic
1 T. lime juice
Salt and pepper

 

4 navel oranges, peeled, seeded, sliced
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup dried cranberries
3 oz. baby spinach leaves
3 cups fresh basil leaves
1 cup roasted salted pumpkin seeds

 

Mix all dressing ingredients together in a large bowl.  Stir in oranges, onion and cranberries.  In large salad bowl, combine the spinach and basil.  Just before serving toss the dressing mixture with greens, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and serve!

Fresh Peach Salsa

1 large fresh peach, chopped

2 T. White Peach Balsamic
1 ½ T. chopped fresh basil
1 T. finely chopped red onions
1 t. finely chopped seeded, jalapeno peppers

 

Combine ingredients.  Serve this salsa with grilled chicken, shrimp, fish or pork.

Steamed Salmon

Pour a few tablespoons white peach balsamic in sauté pan and heat.  Place a salmon patty in heated balsamic and cook through.  Enjoy!

White Peach Balsamic Salad

3 cups Napa cabbage, torn

3 cups romaine lettuce, torn
1/8 cup chopped scallion
¼ cup chopped celery
1 apple, cut into small chunks
1 peach, cut into small chunks
Handful of dried cherries

 

Dressing:  ¼ cup OLIVE MILL White Peach Balsamic
¼ cup OLIVE MILL Lime Olive oil

 

Sugared pecans for garnish

 

Place salad ingredients in bowl.  Toss with dressing and garnish.
